I first met Jordan in 2013, before he became a realtor. My roof needed to be done and I was very nervous about the cost and procedures. But that quickly changed when Jordan came, I was put completely at ease with his easy going, friendly nature. And not only that, he gave me a price that was shockingly lower than I had expected. Prior to hiring Jordan Ross to handle my condo listing in Fairview Slopes, I interviewed Jordan, and a more senior realtor. I hired Jordan, because he came highly prepared to discuss my listing, by bringing a booklet of all recent comparable listings and sales in my neighbourhood. He promised me in the interview that he would work hard for me, and do his level best to sell my condo at a fair and reasonable price.
